Something Better To Do

This was finished in about 30 minutes and probably isn't artistic quality really. The background isn't mine, nor do I claim any ownership over it.

Why'd I make it then?

To dream, mainly. Envision the look of a series come to life. Draw upon current media and programs to mold a make-shift variation of what could be the final product.

I watch Naruto, The Simpsons and other such programs and often feel transfixed as I wonder: what would my series look like? Would it look like that? Would it be better/worse? Could I even get the series on the air?

To wonder how many artists out there, today and in past, who sat there, dreaming of their characters, wondering what stories would unfold and how it would look on the small screen.

Oh, to dream.


Notes: The background is from episode 56 of Naruto Shippuuden, and I do not claim it as my own. I remember one other artist a while back used similar backgrounds to envision their fan-series, which I thought was rather cute personally.
